Women for Change has established a Training Unit that will be providing affordable training in gender, human rights,advocacy,leadership and particpatory methodologies for other institutions and organisations.

The Unit that comprises of experienced staff is also aimed at sharing the best practices and different approaches to development so that there are more players contributing to community development effectively.

In documenting and sharing best practices, the Unit aims to:

Help Africans validate their knowledge

Develop African philosophy of adulteducation and development.

Educate non Africans about indigenous African systems, knowledge and processes that have for centuries fostered participation and democracy.
