1. Programmes

The mission of programmes department is to organise, work with and empower rural communities through gender analysis and popular education methodologies so that they are able to take more control of their own sustainable development. The department includes Traditional Leaders Unit, Community Unit, Youth and Child Unit, and Monitoring and Evaluation Unit.

2. Information, Advocacy and Training

The role of the unit is to make known Women for Change objectives, goals and activities to the government, partners, other NGOs and the public and also to facilitate for an exchange of ideas and experiences among the communities where WFC operates.

3. Administration and finance

The Finance and Administration Department of Women for Change is in charge of the organisation's administrative and finance issues. Women for Change as an organisation highly values and fully adheres to the principle of transparency and accountability.
